Job Description

• Provide 24x7 support initially on-site then 100% Remote/Off-Site assistance and Production support for International & Indian Customers.
• Responsible for performance, scalability & reliability of hardware & software specifications, networking & internet technologies.
• Database administration (SQL / ORACLE) and resource capacity planning.
• Design and implementation of database replication strategies for both internal and Disaster Recovery (DR) requirements.
• Assist Development staff with SQL Server related tasks and issues. Overall tasks are focused maintaining steady and reliable systems and subsystems internal and external customers and users.
• Ensure hardware and software specifications compile with industry standards & updating frequently.
• Undertaking routine preventive measures and implementing, maintaining & monitoring network security.
• Managing the effective use of servers & upgrading server specifications upon the requirement.
• Should be responsible for report tracking and resolving and system improvement including procedural steps, enhancing documentation etc.

Desired Profile

• A computer degree with 3 + years of experience.
• Strong knowledge in hardware & software tools & technologies.
• Experience in hardware software, server, networking configuration & administration.
• Knowledge in Database Administration(SQL / Oracle)
• Experience in internet technologies like HTML, HTTP, TCP/IP, XML etc.
• Good understanding of latest technologies available in market.
• Good communication & collaborating skills.
• Flexibility & willingness to adapt to business needs.
