  Would you allow a client to be involved at some stage in the recruitment of each professional assigned to the client account and retain final approval over the hiring decision?
CDS is happy to have its clients play as active a role as they choose in the deployments of our client-dedicated professionals. Across our clients, CDS has experienced a range of implementation styles. We are flexible in our approach. However, we would expect to recruit to standards agreed mutually. ALL employees need to go through a client-approved skills assessment as well as a background check.
 
   
 
Does CDS possess the ability to understand my business in order to outsource effectively?
CDS has a demonstrated edge in being able to understand our clients business and their requirements better. We derive our confidence through our Product Management Group as well as the Domain Competence Group, which together have years of experience in each of our key focus areas.

 
   
 
How will you ensure consistent and a reliable "uptime" of key utilities, such as electricity, telephone and data services?      
CDS requires robust, consistent and reliable utilities to serve our customers. To achieve this objective, we deploy an integrated system of back-ups throughout the operations centers, starting with the electrical supply and continuing throughout the facility and infrastructure to the final product delivered to the client.

CDS understands the value of buy-in within the organization for the outsourcing initiative to be successful. In order to facilitate senior management commitment we adopt the following approach:
We formally initiate the Change Management Program with help from specialists before moving processes offshore. We establish a clear governance model around the outsourcing initiative

Will CDS be able to successfully address the issue of cultural diversity?
CDS has a well-established training program with a strong orientation towards cultural training. It pays special emphasis on addressing nuances of various geographical regions. The training provided is highly interactive (for example, the FTEs are imparted hands on training through live interactions with representatives from your company) Furthermore, growing ties between India and the West has also contributed to high awareness levels and acclimatization to Western culture.

How does CDS ensure effective knowledge transfer in order to execute my processes efficiently?
We typically follow a train the trainer approach, where our personnel would visit you, understand the processes and then impart training to off-shore personnel. Furthermore, our domain experts utilize their deep industry experience to enrich the training process.
