Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer
Arun is the visionary founder of CAP Digisoft Solutions (CDS). As the President and CEO of CDS, he inspires everyone in his organization to follow his ideals of meeting the highest levels of customer satisfaction to further improve the company’s quality of service.
Arun has a Master’s in Computer Applications and a Master’s in Business Administration (BPO). He possesses broad knowledge and experience in International IT and IT enabled service requirements and solutions. He was one of the IT Advisory Members for a Group of Educational Institutions and has written a book on computer literacy titled “Computer Tutor”.
His dedication to computer literacy won him “The Computer Literacy Award” in 2003 from the State Government of Tamil Nadu, India. In 2004, he co-founded “You Can Trust” – a government registered trust dedicated to helping autistic children.
With his extensive knowledge over international, legal and business sectors, and as the chief architect, Arun headed CDS’s team in developing a variety of software and applications. His wealth of experience in administration, governance, marketing, and customer support lays down the standards of CDS in its continuing quest for excellence in client-centric management and executing complex outsourcing services on a global scale.

Shankar Selvaraj
Executive Director
Shankar is the man behind the original processes of CDS, serving as the foundation for the company’s rapid growth. As an effective strategist and an efficient manager, he invented and implemented a series of highly ingenious processes in ISO and Six Sigma Visions.
Shankar has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration (BPO). He brings 20 years of experience in operations, human resources, administration and sales.
He infuses the company with policies that ensure the rendering of quality services to CDS clients. His steadfast commitment to quality control makes him one of the key people pushing the company to greater success.

Barath Kumar
Director & Vice President – US Operations
Since 2006, Barath has been serving as the Director and Vice President of CDS, playing a vital role in the Administration and Client Support of the US Operations. He has successfully handled projects for the Arkansas State Government, a significant milestone in his career.
Barath has a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Sciences and Computer Technology and a Master’s in Computer Applications. He brings in 10 years of experience in software requirement analysis, client coordination and project management.
Barath began his career as a software programmer and scaled remarkable heights through his relentless drive for learning newer technologies and its probable role in augmenting industrial and business processes.

Chief Financial Officer
Anitha is the Chief Financial Officer looking after company’s finance and accounting operations globally. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration (Finance) and brings wide knowledge in finance. Her sound decision-making skills help CDS achieve its targeted yearly growth and expansion.

Prakash holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and a Master’s in Business Administration (IS). He brings 9 years of experience in Process Automation, Operations, Client Coordination and Human Resources, which boosts the BPO Division to remarkable growth. His practical knowledge in Software Application and extensive experience over BPO operations helps him to customize the processes sharply. A self-motivated and dedicated professional, he is an example for our team members.

Saravanan S.
General Manager – Administration
Saravanan is the General Manager – Administration and takes care of the company’s day-to-day administrative and accounting works. He has been a part of CDS since its inception.
He holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce and brings 10 years of experience in Accounts and Administration. The credit for effective and flawless management of all of the company’s back-end office operations goes to Saravanan.
