• Review all submitted documents to capture information, such as:
• Provider Name
• DOS (Date of Service)
• Referenced documents:
• Document Provider
• Document Title
• Date of Service
• Next Appointment:
• Document Provider
• Appointment Date
• Review of the referenced documents & next appointment documents in the medical records
• And matches the Provider, DOS & Title
• CAP Digisoft Solutions will provide a list of the Missing Medical Provider’s records and notes for client follow-up and reconciliation. When retrieved, these documents can easily be added to the original assigned file.
