POSITION TITLE : Team Leader / Project Leader (.NET)

JOB LOCATION : Coimbatore

Requirements :

• A Computer Graduate / Post graduate with minimum 3 years experience.
• Good understanding in .NET & Microsoft Technologies.
• Significant experience in a single complex development environment or across multiple platforms.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle, architectural design and operational maintenance environment.
• Should have effective project management and documentation skills.
• Technical training skills would be an added advantage.
• Independent communication with business partners to resolve design issues and negotiate project related items such as priorities and completion deadlines.
• International project exposure is preferred; candidates with international visits for requirement gathering/design/Analysis purposes would be given preference.
• Candidates should have a strong customer focus, good business knowledge, ability to work independently, ability to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for Requirement gathering, documenting the requirement, Developing the project plan, task allocation etc.
• Should manage the Tasks and communicating project status to concern project manager on time.
• Track and ensure all business requirements are met for the project.
• Monitoring bugs and other project issues to ensure that they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Should take responsibility for Quality Standards of the Project Developed.
• Ensure prompt deliverables, offshore co ordinations.
• Manage and mentor team members in technical troubleshooting, provide day-to-day guidance and employ motivational techniques to cultivate team work.
